Historical Tours

The Cape Winelands is home to a large number of museums, historical buildings and the world’s oldest wine cellars outside Europe and can be seen on one of our historical tours with our specialist tour guide who shares the rich South African history with visitors.Visitors can expect to visit some of the historical wine producing towns like Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl. We visit some of the historical buildings in the Stellenbosch area as well as a tour around this historical town, which is home to one of the country's finest University. Franschhoek also offers a rich historical background and was also known as the valley of the French Huguenots. A visit to the town of Paarl is also on the agenda, as this town is known for its museums and Cape Dutch buildings and also where the world’s youngest language (Afrikaans) was born.
